Những người Tỳ , Vị hư hàn ( dễ bị đau bụng tiêu chảy lâu năm ) , bị nặng thì dùng củ gừng khoảng ngón tay cái ( nhẹ thì ít hơn ) cạo sạch vỏ cắt thành sợi mỏng , cho chút mật ong , thêm tí muối rồi hãm nước sôi uống thay nước . Rất công hiệu , tôi bị tiêu chảy hơn 20 năm . Nhưng đừng lạm dụng dễ bị bón .
