– I am here to try all the unique things that they have on the menu here, including McVegan. In a country
where one out of 10 people is either vegan or vegetarian, does the burger really
live up to its hype? First off, falafel. In four or nine pieces with yogurt and herb dip. It comes in a little dry packet like that, but then you get the added dipping sauce. You can choose from a
massive selection of them. A little but spicy, like a little
bit herby. It’s really dry. Now for the Chicken and Hummus Salad. The chicken’s cooked really nicely. The whole thing’s got like a really big range of flavors in there. As well as normal fries,
McDonald’s does sweet potato fries. They’re not bad, they’re
just not overwhelmingly sweet potato-y. I think it’s probably just because of the grease and the salt. This is so good. This thing is genuinely
like the king of dips. This is just a peasant
dip, this is the dip king. It looks like a really,
really luxurious dip. Woah! That smells like truffles. It’s got really, really, really truffle-y, mushroom-y aftertaste. It just immediately tastes like a standard McDonald’s mayo. Yes, that is beer on the menu. It’s served in selected
European and Asian countries. What I’m expecting is quite citrus-y, and slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Hoping it actually lives up to that. It’s alright, maybe if you
have really flavorsome food, and you have this too, somehow
it’ll complement each other. It’s really nothing to write
home from Stockholm about. Last, but not least, the McVegan. The patty was developed
specifically for McDonald’s by Anamma, now Orkla
foods, a niche food company from southern Sweden, and
at just 25 Swedish Krona, (that’s $2.75) it’s a bit of a bargain. That yummy looking sauce? It’s got vegan McFeast
sauce in it, and ketchup. So apparently when this
was developed in 2017, what gives it its really,
really quite vibrant red color is the soy protein. It’s mixed with tomato powder, onions, and peppers. So what you’re expecting
from here is quite like a juicy soy protein burger but with quite a strong vegetable
taste to it as well. I think what really helps is
it’s got pickle in it as well. The pickle and the burger
go together really nicely. It’s got some ketchup in there. You can see that it’s got some onions. Yep, quite a bit of pickle actually. It’s not really, really
flavorsome, it just tastes like quite a good standard veggie
burger made of soy protein. It certainly looks very, very impressive. I really like the color of it. The McVegan: probably wasn’t worth coming all the way to Stockholm for. I can understand why people
get really crazy about this, it’s a cool thing on the menu. It’s probably just them
trying to keep up with other really popular
burger chains in Sweden that offer really good
vegetarian/vegan menus. The mayo’s good; best thing
on the menu in my opinion is the garlic dipping sauce. A nice little pot of garlic mayo heaven.

(Shrieks) Scoob, my brother from another
mother. What the dizzy, baby? Show me dat.
What’s goin’ down? Hey, baby, this is all gravy today.
Now snap your fin… Snap it. – You’re not snappin’ it…
– Felix. Hey, don’t sweat it, Scrappy-Doo.
A lot of white fish can’t do it. – Would you just sit down, okay?
– Thank you. I’ve been goin’ over my markers.
You’re into me for five grand. – Five G’s, okay?
– Five G’s? Man, you trippin’? Oh, yeah?
See if this refreshes your memory. Wow. That’s crazy, look at that. You wrote everything down
so you wouldn’t forget. Wow. This a perfect example of why
you’re in management, and I’m not. You go, boy. I have to pay Mr. Freeze protection,
so everything you owe me, you owe him. – How you figure that?
– Simple. The food chain. You see, on top, there’s Mr. Freeze.
There’s me, and there’s regular fish. – That’s me.
– No. There’s plankton, there are amoebas… – Then there’s me?
– I’m getting there. There’s coral, there are rocks, there’s
whale poo, and then there’s you. That’s messed up. So if Mr. Freeze’s squeeze
me, he’s squeezing you. – What?
– Felix. Sorry. – Easy, boss, find your happy place.
– Happy place. There is no happy place
with him arrived. (High-pitched):
I’m serious. Okay, please. Please,
just gimme some time. That’s all I’m asking. I’m begging
you, Scoob. Please. Please. All right. Cuz I like you, I’m gonna give
you 24 hours to pay up. All of it? How am I
supposed to do that? That’s your problem. Bring my 5000
clams to the track tomorrow, or else. – Or else what?
– The brothers will explain. (Brothers giggle) – (Lights bursting)
– FELIX: Unpleasant.

hello my food lovers a subscriber told
me to do a healthy food challenge so I think why not I don’t know what is a
healthy diet but I know what is an unhealthy diet I know that I’m not gonna
eat chocolate peanut butter pizza burger donut, lollies, ice cream, chips, coke ,bubble tea and let’s see if I can do it for one week so this is what I have for lunch
today lasagna, banana I hate carrots so much
and mushroom as well but I tried to eat many vegetable but I just cannot handle
those two. So the thing is tonight I’m gonna have a barbecue and I’m quite
nervous if there’s anything unhealthy this is supposed to be healthy I don’t
know but the lady offered me some coke some soft drink but I denied it I took
somebody instead and for veggies I have some salad and creamy salad pasta it was
pretty nice actually I thought it’s gonna be terrible challenge for me yes I
hate cherry tomato err like I like the small tomato but I
don’t like cherry tomato so this is what I have for lunch for day two and it
looks really sad a challenge for me was that it was so bad and I tried a cup of
lemon ginger tea and it was not delicious
look at those delicious pieces of chocolate but
I cannot eat it now so usually when I’m watching a movie I would have chips
chocolate snacks pizza but now I have to eat a mandarine so after the first two
days it was really tough for me and for dinner I had pizza. So pizza is not a
healthy food but my homestay order some pizza because she was busy so I cheated.
I mean like if I don’t eat pizza I eat vegetable I’m gonna be starving. I
know right so I’m sorry I cheated so for day three for lunch have a boil egg some
salad and cold pasta and some pineapple I gotta be saying like I ate
healthy the first two days so at dinner yesterday I felt very heavy after having
two pieces of pizza and for dinner I have chicken and rice it was butter
chicken and the rice was so delicious but I forgot my phone to film it so **** it!
so okay oh so delicious I’m sorry for changing the room because
my homestay came back and it’s gonna be so embarrassing if he saw me doing this
and for day four for afternoon tea I have some grapes and manderin again but honestly saying it was pretty refreshing and it was really cool but
don’t feel like tired or exhausting I feel very light and energetic and I feel
very healthy as well and for dinner I had butter chicken again because my
house there was lazy to cook so she bought some extra butter chicken to feed
me two days oh it’s really delicious but but it’s butter chicken
unhealthy I don’t think so because I have some vegetable with it and I’ve got
to tell you something I cannot do this for a whole week just eating food is
happiness so I have to eat what I like so I’m sorry I quit
and then I even cheated but that’s not I love food so much and not having my
favourite food I feel like I felt I’m not myself
anymore so I fell I fell hard man this is good oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah

>>Hilah: Hey dudes! I am Hilah and welcome to Hilah Cooking. Today I have a very special recipe to share
with you that’ll be perfect to take to all of your backyard barbeques and what not, and
here’s a hint of what it is. It’s the song that goes, “Cole slaw, cole
slaw, cole slikity slaw. Oh, don’t give me no mayo I’ll kick yo
face!” because it doesn’t have any mayonnaise in it. [MUSIC] [How To Make Coleslaw]>>Hilah: All right. So the first step to my awesome coleslaw recipe
is to slice up your coleslaw really thin which I already did. This is about a pound. If you wanted to buy it pre-sliced, that’s
fine, but you retain more nutrients if you slice it up just before you use it, so if
you give a shit. But, um, all right, so I am gonna sprinkle
this with a healthy amount of salt or perhaps an unhealthy amount of salt would be a better
way to phrase it. Step one, toss the salad, so the salt is just
gonna soften the cabbage a little bit, and just give it that nice like, coleslaw texture. I don’t know, like, kind of almost cooked,
and then we will just set this aside for 10,20,30 minutes, however long it takes you to get
everything else ready and all that stuff, so catch you in a few. For a dressing I am going to use some chipotle
peppers, and what those are is jalapenos that have been dried and smoked. They have a really nice smoky flavor, and
then you’ll usually see ‘em in little cans about that big, like, four ounce cans,
and they’re in adobo sauce which is kind of a sweet, oops, kind of a sweet tomatoey
sauce, so they’re pretty hot. I ‘m probably just gonna use half of one
of these, but when you get them home because you know, you don’t really ever need like
a whole can of them at a time. I usually just transfer them into a little
jar and they’ll last longer in the, in your fridge. They’ll last several months in your fridge
if you put them in a jar with a lid, so we just wanna mince this little bad boy up. Okay. And this little half can go bloop! Back in there, and then just put it into our
jar. Mmmmmm! Spicy! And then, also in the jar, I am gonna put
some lime juice. I am using key limes, but you can use whatever
you want. All right. Got our juice in there. I am gonna add a little bit of red wine vinegar. Apple cider vinegar would also be totally
delicious and then just a few drops of oil. The oil just really adds a nice like mouth
feel to the final product, and then a little bit or honey, and you could use brown sugar
if you wanted to or just plain on white sugar, but I like the honey flava. Okay. And then we’ll just shake this up. Cole slaw. Cole slaw. Cole slikkity slaw!
[laughs] That song is so stupid. All right. That’s shook up enough. All right. Our dressing is made, and this has been sittin
here for about 10 minutes and you can see it’s kind of starting to get limp and perhaps
a little bit embarrassed, and then I’m gonna add some celery which I cut on a really hard
diagonal into super-thin pieces so that it’ll almost like kind of blend in with the little
shredded cabbage, and I’ve got some regular old white onion that I’ve just soaked in
cold water, and that’s gonna help crisp it up and also just take a little bit of that
sharp onion bite out of it, and then I just got some cilantro that I picked out of my
yard, and I’m just gonna pick the leaves off, and just kind of tear it up roughly. Okay, and then for our chipotle-lime dressing. All right, and maybe I’ll add a little black
pepper. Pretty, and then it’s time to salad toss. Toss the salad! Man it smells good. So, this is done. I am gonna add a few roasted almond because
just for a little crunch and roasted peanuts would be good too. This is really gonna be best if you let it
sit for at least an hour, but I am just gonna go ahead and taste it right now so that you’ll
believe me when I tell you that it’s delicious. Look at my giant fork! Let’s see how this works. Mmmmmm. MMmmmmmm. Mmmmmm! Mmmmm! It’s good. It’s tart and sweet and spicy and nutty
and crunchy. Mmmmmmmm! All the things that I love, and I have a big
enough mouth to eat off the spoon with this giant fork which is kind of fun. So, okay well, thank you for watching, and
I hope you try the recipe and if you do, leave a comment and let me know how you like it. If you have any questions, leave them in the
comments and I’lll get to ‘em as soon as I can, and thanks so much for watching
and everyone have a wonderful week! Give yourselves a round of applause. [MUSIC]
