WE DO EVENTS AND GIGS AROUND THE CITY. THE BEST THING IS TO FOLLOW US. WE USUALLY PUT A POST OUT THERE EVERY DAY. ERIN: AND LET PEOPLE KNOW WHERE YOU ARE. TONY: YES. OVER HERE, WE TAKE FRIED PLANTINGS, TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL. WE TAKE ROAST PORK, CHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO, AND SANDWICH IN BETWEEN FRIED PLANTINGS. IT GOES WITH OUR SIGNATURE SAUCE. TONY: THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE IS NOT MUCH SPACE, BUT A LOT OF HEAT — WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT, THERE IS A LOT OF HEAT. WE ARE A TWO-MAN SHOW — I WOULD EVEN SAY ONE BECAUSE I AM THE GUY EVERYBODY SEES WHEN THEY GO TO PAY. SHE DOES A LOT OF THE HARD WORK IN THE BACK. WE GET IT GOING.
