This process allows the flavor penetrate deep into the meat. Adding oil. Adding cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, long pepper, star anise and mace in the hot oil. Adding chopped onions. Adding green chilies. Adding pepper corns. Adding ginger and garlic. Adding chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves. Adding water. Adding turmeric powder. Adding salt. Add the goat and cook it for 90 minutes. Soak the rice for 20 minutes. After 90 minutes take out the goat and remove the tooth picks. Let the stock boil for 30 minutes and then filter it. Adding oil. Adding the cooked goat. Adding the soaked rice. Adding the filtered mutton stock and cook it for 20 minutes.
