I actually just got back from grocery shopping so I have two bags full of groceries I haven’t really done like a healthy food haul on my channel before and I love talking about healthy foods so I thought this would be fun so let’s get started I’m just gonna grab whatever comes into my hands first so this I have organic baby spinach from Trader Joe’s but I just opened because I made a green smoothie just now I use them for everything salads smoothies anything so got one of those I also just opened this these are Earth Balance vegan aged white cheddar puffs I love cheddar puffs so I thought maybe if I got a vegan one maybe I would feel a little better eating the whole bag it’s obviously not as good as the real thing but it’s still pretty good so I got one of those next I got this organic oat bran pancake and waffle mix this I like to use to make little breakfast pancakes I mix it with some almond milk and maybe some bananas and it just make these really healthy yummy pancakes in the morning and then I got some coconut milk from this brand called so delicious I was craving coconut milk for some reason and I it was my first time getting this it’s not that good sadly I accidentally bought the unsweetened one this is just like original so it literally just tastes like blended coconut meat which is all right but I think I wanted like that sweet coconut milk so it’s kind of disappointed when I tried this and then I got some organic cremini mushrooms from Trader Joe’s I always get these because they’re really easy to cook with and they’re kind of like meat replacements so put them in omelets put them in pastas anything so I got those too by the way I went shopping at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods those are the only two grocery stores I really go to those are my favorite bring this up here and then I got some Trader Joe’s organic coconut oil I used this for so many things I cook with it I put on my hair when I make the pancakes I actually like to make it with coconut oil because it gives it that nice coconutty taste it’s really good and then I also got this Justin’s classic peanut butter I really like the almond butter from this brand I haven’t tried there peanut butter but it was on sale so I was like why not try it these days I’ve been obsessed with just eating apple slices and peanut butter it’s like my favorite snack these days I’ve been going through peanut butter like so quickly I needed to get another one and then I have a 100% organic shredded coconut these are just like shredded coconut flakes I like to put this on top of acai bowls or if I’m making like oatmeal in the morning it’s really good gives it that really nutty crunchy coconut texture so I love this one oh let me show you this this is you’re gonna think I’m weird but this is um nutritional yeast seasoning it has like this kind of like cheesy taste so I use this when I cook as an alternative to cheese and it’s healthier it’s kind of like the healthy version of a mystery just gives like a boost of flavor to anything you cook and then I got just like two apples to Whole Foods these are yellow apples and then from Trader Joe’s I also got some things and open it thing really one right now these figs are high in fiber and I have a lot of sugar it’s like really chewy I’m not I look like Oh clogged up mmm but when I have a huge sweet tooth this is like a healthy sweet snack so I love this I got some organic bananas I always have bananas in my kitchen because that you different breakfast I put in my smoothies I put it in everything literally like if I make any kind of sweet dessert I always use frozen bananas next I have some dried goji berries because they’re really healthy for you that these are like little tiny little red berries you can see it here and they’re supposedly really high in antioxidants so really good for your body really good for your health and they taste pretty good and then I have eggs these are organic cage-free omega-3 eggs that I get from Whole Foods I always get this three six five brand I like to make omelettes with this in the morning or just like scrambled eggs sometimes or boiled eggs and then I got this pasta this is organic gluten-free fusilli pasta I wanted to try this because it’s made with rice potato and soy so maybe that’ll be good I don’t have celiac disease or I don’t have any kind of severe gluten intolerance but I do have lots of GI problems so I do notice that when I don’t eat wheat as much my stomach tends to be a little more comfortable so if possible I try to go for like the gluten-free option and then I got some more chips I’m like a chip monster so I feel like if I get healthy virgins I don’t feel as guilty got these on bean field bean and rice chips I tried they’re like salt and pepper one before and it was really good so I wanted to try the unsalted one have lots of fiber and protein it’s gluten free it’s vegan and it’s made with just like beans and rice and then I have organic lemons I always always always have eleventh because I like to drink lemon water I like to put in my smoothies I love seasoning like chicken with it I just freaking love lemons we’re finally down to the last food item that actually went a lot faster than I expected I thought I got a lot of stuff but these are organic dried cranberries from Trader Joe’s I love these so much I bought these multiple multiple times because I like to put it on like oatmeal or sometimes when I make quinoa salad I like to put some of these dried cranberries in it kind of has like this nice tart taste but it’s also very sweet so really love putting them in some of my meals or just snacking on it straight with like walnuts and almonds is like that all right so that was the end of my healthy food haul I talking about food so I would really like to do this more regularly on my channel if you guys like and oh my god I can’t believe it’s already December I feel like I say this every year but it truly does fly by oh my goodness I’m not doing vlogmas but I’m going to try and do more vlogs this month hopefully because I’ll be out of school and maybe I’ll have some more time so that’s something to look forward to I also have a Christmas collab video coming up so stay tuned for that otherwise I think that’s pretty much it for this video I should probably stop filming and go study for my finals   17. 요즘 한국에 코코넛밀크랑 코코넛오일 파는 마트가 늘어나는것 같더라구요. 특히 코코넛 오일은 대형마트에서 엄청 잘팔리던데 유튜브 영향이 큰거같아요 저는 이런 영상 진짜좋아합니당.. ^-^ 한국은 이런 건강한 재료 구하려면 따로 유기농샵 가야해서 조금 번거로워용 ㅠㅠ

  28. 다이어트를 시작하면서 우연히 벨님 영상을 보게 되었는데, 보게 된 게 정말 다행인 것 같아요. 몸무게나 칼로리 걱정만 하면서 다이어트를 해왔었고(그래서 항상 실패했죠8ㅅ8..) 어쩌면 이번에도 그렇게 될 수도 있었을텐데 벨님 영상 보고 건강식에 관심도 생기고 건강한 다이어트에 대해서 깨닫게 된 것 같아요! 앞으로 좀 더 많은 건강식 영상 부탁드려요. 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다😊
