DENISE BENNETT: Hello! My name is Denise Bennett
and I’m here on behalf of Expert Village. We’re going to make some breakfast today!
It’s going to not be your typical breakfast. We’re looking for something a lot healthier.
What we do is raw food. Looking for things that are good for the body and French toast,
eggs, bacon, sausage and all those things. Coffee… Whew! Not good for you! It might
be our typical breakfast from what we’re used to, but look at all the diseases too that
were used to. And so, if we change that and go back to a diet that make sense for us,
we won’t have to deal with heart disease and cancer and all the rest of that stuff that
we’re suffering from. So a lot of people are headed towards raw foods and I’m happy to
be a part of that. Okay. So what we’re going to do today is we’re going to start out with
a cereal. We’re going to do that first and we’re going to be using the dehydrator today.
We’re also going to make a type of yogurt. There are no animal products in anything we’re
making; no wheat; no soy. So everything is from vegetables and fruits and nuts and seeds.
What else are we doing? Then we’re going to have a little bit of fresh fruit as well.
So it’s going to be a nice little plate and we’re going to start off right now with the
cereal.

  1. Look at the reasearch on raw foodism, with lab rats they lived much longer with less problems. Humans are the only speices that cook their food and yet we have the most disease, especially in the north american culture. No, cooked food doesn't automatically cause diseases but eventually it will cause problems that every old age person gets but at a younger age. And people who do these diets and get more prolems then they stated with are usually uneducated like you.

  2. That's prob b/c people wised up and stopped drinking coffee and posted something so drones like u would believe it. There are natural herbs/foods that help u with energy.

  5. cool, Joey Petroni (You Tube's treeclimbigman) say's high fructose corn syrup causes majior problems. Do you use sugar when needed or a sweetner?

    especially if it's egg whites– but I'm guessing her point was that the yolks are bad? –that's mainly b/c of the cholesterol
    otherwise, yeah, they're pretty good for you.

  7. Okay people I finally found what she put in the dehydrator after searching for 30 minutes and watching these dyslexic videos. It was hidden. I copied some of the web transcript: apples dates and cinnamon, and you could actually, throw some sunflower seeds in there. Usually I put pumpkin seeds as well, Goji berries, you know, you could put pretty much anything in here.

  8. @therealchelsey : Yes eggs are good for us. So are many meat products. But many of us (such as myself) go Raw because of political reasons. The Egg Farming Industry in North America is NOT good for us as a society.

  10. you might be beating all of those diseases but in the end, death is inevitable… you're going to die. trying to stay healthy and more alive will only add a few more years to your life but you can't escape the fact that you just as well as me, are all going to be in the ground someday. there shouldnt be this much stress on trying to live longer.

  11. it's not about living longer, its a more quality life that people want. If you're 60 and you can't walk or are bedridden you're life is pretty much fucked. I'm a nurse and if you eat shit, you're life will end in shit.

  12. Wow, I wrote this a long time ago and I don't think that way anymore. Health is definitely important and it's better to die in peace than in illness.

  14. Chicken sperm/babies = eggs are not good for the human body to consume as food. Besides the food industry addition of harmful chemicals pumped into eggs/ animal products in eggs natural state it clogs arteries plus produce far too much mucus in the body with an addition of making your body in an acid state. Mucus & acid = cancer + other illness & premature aging. We need to get off the S.A.D diet.
