  1. Chef san, Japan josei no kagami desu. Thank you so much for posting everyday Japanese Gohan and Okazu. I am Japanese from Nagoya and I have just turned 58 years old. I'm your fan. Arigatoune!

  2. When she stuck the stick into the meat, I saw pink juice come out, not clear, I don't think that was done, plus that's more like a meat loaf than hamburg steak, years ago, you could of eaten it that way, but today you have to be so careful.

  3. I made the dish last night with potatoes and carrots from our garden. As I could not buy mixed pork and beef mince and did not want to buy two packets to do it myself, I used minced beef and added two finely chopped closed cap mushrooms to the onion mix (inspired by the cheese Hamburg Steak) which made the meat nice and tender. It was delicious!

  4. I made this for my me and my wife.  I don't really follow recipes, but I used this recipe as a reference point.  Then, I combined it with the technique for Salisbury Steak–the classic American dish.  The outcome is delicious.  And now I have to microwavable lunches!  Thanks!

  5. This recipe is in my regular meal rotation–it's so good, even better IMO than the classic Salisbury steak.

  6. I made this today! I was so worried that I'll somehow mess up. But it turned out alright! I wouldn't mind cooking this frequently.

  7. I wish there was a website with all the CWD recipes listed. It's a pain having to rewind the video over and over again while cooking.
I guess I'll write the steps down.

  8. I haven't made this in such a long time. The Dutch market by me has really high quality ground beef and vegetables so I am going to start making this recipe again.

  9. cooking with dog , i love you channel , but how can replace the dashi broth if i can´t found the katsuoboshi and the kombo seaweed or the dashi powder ?

  10. It was alright till she put that dang mint leaf to garnish on top. Ew, mint belongs in my mojito. can't stand it near my food. lol!!!

  11. This was one pf the first YouTube videos I ever watched. Cooking with Dog has a very special place in my heart. Love you ❤️

  12. It's like a mini meatloaf. I love to make individual meatloaf for my family……they love when I use ketchup in the meat mixture and put some on top. Mine are baked, not fried. ☺️

  13. Omg I just made these and I have to say, these are the fucking bomb. I can only suggest using slightly less of the breadcrumbs and/or milk, because it made my patties slightly gooeyer than the video… but reduce this JUST a miniscule amount. It might also be the fact that the ground meat I used both had 15% fat.

  14. Francis! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  15. Made this with a broccoli cheese casserole on the side and traded out the bread crumbs for pork rinds and the milk for heavy cream to make it keto friendly… was perfect!

  16. Was it necessary to crack the egg into the bowl and then put it in? What can't you just crack the egg into the mixture?

  17. Why a lot of videos cook the onions first separately? There's some where you just mix the onion straight with the meat and cook it together

  18. huh…. i hear cricket chirping on background, lemme write some poem

    cricket chirping in summer midnight

  19. So much nostalgia in this video. Cooking with Dog is still one of the most solid channels out there _ I will support them till the end.

  20. This is the first recipe of yours that I tried making. I am not a great cook, but your explanations were easy to follow and I managed to make the dish. I really liked the taste, thank you!

  21. Cracked the egg into the bowl, then put it with the rest, wtf why add another bowl into the dishes just add it directly to the meat

  22. When I clicked on 'Cooking with Dog' my first thoughts were unimaginable. I had to reassure my soul there weren't people cooking dog meat on YouTube. There wasn't. But I'm still not square with this. I'll go elsewhere quietly.
