today im going to teach you how to make mixed vegetable and its the weather of getting good vegetables and if you want the english written recipe then you can get it from my facebook page which will be linked in the description box below if you like my video then dont forget to like, subscribe and comment now i will teach you how to make mixed vegetables the things you will need are potatoes, and the carrots that i have are from pakistan which have come in the uk you will also need fresh peas and cauliflower you will also need onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mixed spices, garlic and ginger paste, fenugreek leaves and oil now i will teach you how to make mixed vegetables i have added the oil and that is heating up now we are going to put in the cumin seeds when the cumin seeds will start cracking then we will add the onions the cumin seeds have started to crack and now we are going to add the onions we only want to cook the onions until it turns soft also when you make mixed vegetables then try to add all of the vegetables you can try frozen but its not as nice as fresh the onions have cooked now they are only soft and now we are going to put in the garlic and ginger paste the heat is still high now we are going to add the tomatoes and green chilli now we are going to let it cook until the tomatoes turn soft then i will show you what to do next the tomatoes have turned soft and now we are going to add the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mixed spices and mix well now let it cook for 1 minute until all the spices are cooked the masala has cooked and now we are going to add in the vegetables mix well we are going cook it on medium heat and leave the lid on without putting any water in the vegetables will release its own water and now we are going to let it cook for 5 minutes i have opened the lid and as you can see the vegetables has release its water now im going to let it cook for 5 minutes more because it hasnt cooked yet the vegetables are going to release more water and im going to let it cook for 5 minutes then i will show you what to do next as you can see the vegetables are starting to cook now we are going to dry the water that it has release and add some coriander and we are going to leave some for garnishing now we are going to cook it more on high heat so the water dries up now we are going to slow cook it and add fenugreek leave and the rest of the coriander now we are going to slow cook it for 5 minutes on slow heat we have to slow cook it because we added fenugreek leaves so it will give a good taste and smell this is the final look try it and i am sure you will like it
