hello friends, welcome back to our channel. today we are going to see how to make these delicioud oats kuzhi paniyaram before going into the video please subscribe to the channel and don’t foregt to click the bell icon. to a cup of oats add 4 red chilly and grind into a fine powder. to the oats powder add finely chopped curry leaves,carrots, onion. add salt and 1/4 cup of idly batter to it. Add water and mix it thoroughly into a smooth batter. in a kuzhi paniyaram pan add some oil and pour the batter in each hole. once the batter is cooked to a golden brown,flip to the other side and cook it till it becomes golden brown. serve hot with coconut chutney.
