  1. I think she made a perfect copy of dunkin donuts. without whatever witchcraft is used in that donut extruder they use, getting that fluffy texture is just impossible in a regular kitchen.

  9. Claire has become my new favourite American Chef 👩🏻‍🍳. I was bullied for 25 years of my 36 year life, I was also sexually assaulted more than once and was in a DV relationship. I have Bipolar, complex ptsd, anxiety and mild agoraphobia. Watching Claire and the team (especially Claire) on BA makes me smile a real genuine smile. I never thought I could smile like this.

    My dream used to be to go to Disneyland…. screw Disneyland… I would love to meet Claire and the team! I know that won’t happen. So instead do you think, Claire could make Mars Bars soon?   11. One thing I noticed is that you deep fry the doughnut, in the video that you showed the doughnuts goes on conveyorbelt that does not saturate the dough with grease. I’m not chef but I would try a more shallow oil next time

  13. These donuts look so good… We only had Dunkin Donuts for a short while but they all recently closed, and it was only in odd places like the train station 🙁

  14. Every time you pulled the dough out of the mixer except the last time… (Even though I didn't feel it etc) It looked over mixed and too tough. You also cooked them too long… Sugars still cook afterwards and almost none of your doughnuts had the white line in the middle.
