today we are going to prepare a simple omelette ingredients & quantities are listed in the description box. we need vegetable oil egg chopped cilantro/hara dhania chopped onion chopped green chilli chopped tomato salt red chilli powder turmeric powder. this is homemade. check out my recipe video link on the screen to watch how you can prepare it at home break the egg in a large bowl and put in all the ingredients except the oil chopped onion chopped green chilli chopped tomato cilantro salt turmeric powder red chilli powder whisk well for about two minutes until the egg turns fluffy keep it aside and keep a pan/tawa on medium heat add the oil and spread it all over the tawa once the oil is hot reduce heat to low and pour in the egg mixture in the center spread it a bit but not too much otherwise, it will become too thin now cover it with a lid keep checking every 30 seconds or so lightly free the edges and check if the underside is cooked it is about a minute and the edges are still raw. cover it again and check back after 1/2 a minute after about 2 minutes the underside and edges of the omelette are cooked. we will flip it now free the edges and flip the omelette carefully cook this side until golden. this should take about a minute or so. do not cover it now the omelette is fully cooked as can be seen. remove it to a plate serve the omelette with bread and tomato sauce you may toast the bread slices before serving or you can also have it with paratha do try and share your experience if you like the recipe please share our video & subscribe to our channel. thanks for watching
