Oil 1tblspn,Onion 1/4 cup,Garlic 1,Curry leaves few and Carrot 1 1/2 cup Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add Mustard and cumin seeds wait until crackle. Add onions and saute until light brown color. Add Turmeric powder,crushed garlic on low heat. Also add carrot Stir well. Stir occasionally, Continue with cooking with lid on until oil saperated. Add curry leaves,garam masala,(red chili powder-optional) and salt. Saute well and cook for another 5 minutes. Switch off. Yummy Carrot Fry Is Ready!
